Shrimp and Mozzarella with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Ingredients for 2 people:

2 buffalo mozzarellas

16/20 shrimps

4/5 mint leaves

Salt and pepper, as needed

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Preparation:

Rinse the shrimps and clean them. Drain them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and sauté them for a few minutes over medium heat until they turn slightly pink.

Add salt and pepper and continue sautéing for another minute. Now, slice the mozzarella and place the slices on a plate, arrange the shrimps around the mozzarella
and add the mint leaves.

Finally, garnish the dish with a drizzle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
