Pork Rolls with Bacon and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Ingredients for 2 people:

250g of pork loin

Flour, as needed

White wine, as needed

Rosemary, as needed

200g of Prosciutto Crudo

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO

Preparation:

Slice the pork into pieces approximately 3/4cm thick, wrap each piece with a slice of prosciutto, and tie them with a string.

Pour a drizzle of oil into a pan and heat it over high heat. Add the pork rolls and add a bit of white wine. Cook them for 6-7 minutes per side, adding salt and rosemary.

Finally, serve the dish with a drizzle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO
