Balsamic Vinegar Tiramisu

Ingredients for 2 people:

10 Savoiardi (ladyfingers)

100g of mascarpone cheese

25g of sugar

1 egg yolk

Acet-Up

Saba

Preparation:

Start by preparing the mascarpone cream: whip the egg yolk, then add the sugar, mascarpone cheese, and 3 tablespoons of Acet-Up.

Whip everything until fully blended.

Spread 3 Savoiardi (ladyfingers) soaked in Saba at the bottom of a jar and start creating layers for your Tiramisu.
