Our fixed price menu includes:

  • Shavings of PDO Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with Traditional PDO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged at least 12 years old and glass of Pignoletto
  • Two first courses of your choice: Risotto with Traditional PDO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Tagliatelle with meat ragu, Ricotta cheese and spinach tortelloni with butter and sage, Vecchia Modena Passatelli, Lasagne (6 people min), Tortellini in broth (+ € 5.00)
  • Two second courses of your choice: Roast pork stuffed with ham and cheese, Chicken with ham, Stewed pork cheek with polenta, Balsamotto Roast-Beef, Baked pork ham with potatoes (8 people min), Pork trotter with beans and spinach (8 people min), Fried dumplings and Tigella bread with cold cuts and deli meat

VISIT OUR VINEGAR FARMHOUSE

Acetaia Paltrinieri periodically organises visits to the vinegar farmhouse for individuals or groups, an all-round experience in the world of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. You will take a closer look to our method of production, maturing and ageing of what can be considered the most precious condiment.

Tours can include the “Acetaia Paltrinieri Shop”, to buy the Traditional PDO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, condiments, glazes and other products directly from the producer.

Or a dinner, in the adjacent holiday farm, at a fixed price menu.
