All the items published on the Acetaia Paltrinieri eShop can be purchased directly online. To add an item to your Shopping Basket you just have to click the green “BUY” button on the product detail page. Once you have added an item to your Basket, you can see the content by clicking the icon on the top right. A list of the items purchased and the subtotals will appear on the right.
By clicking the “CHECKOUT” button you will be directed to the checkout page, where you can place your order and pay. You can manage your order, by adding or deleting items and quantities at your discretion, at any time.

In the payment phase, you will be asked to insert personal data necessary to place your order. If you have a promotional code, the related promotion, if still active, will be recognised once you have inserted it.
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the basis of your order and the destination country.

All the items of the catalogue can be purchased paying with the PaypalSecure / Credit Card system.
The system does not require any registration: once you have completed the order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can decide to pay using your account, if any, or directly with your credit card.

Pursuant to Article no. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (that is a natural person purchasing the goods for purposes not related to his or her profession, in other words who does indicate a VAT number in the order form while purchasing) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, except for the cases indicated below.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to “Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido”, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This notice must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Or by telegram or fax sent within the abovementioned period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent ABSOLUTELY within the following 48 hours. Once we have received the notice of withdrawal, Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido will promptly provide the customer with the instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido within 10 days from the authorisation.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

the right shall apply only for the entire purchased product, which must be returned in their original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories); in order to limit damages to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box; the right does not apply to opened products.

By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are to be charged to the customer; the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer until the receipt is confirmed in our warehouse.

If the goods are damaged during the shipment, Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido will notify the customer (within 5 working days from receipt of the product in our warehouse) to permit the customer to make a prompt claim against the courier chosen and to obtain a reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, temporarily cancelling the request for withdrawal.

Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido is in no way responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; once the product arrives in the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. If the package and/or the original packaging appears damaged, Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido will deduct a percentage from the refund, in any case not higher than 10% of the value, as compensation for restoration cost.

Except for any charges for restoring damages caused to the original packaging, Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido. shall refund the Customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days after the request of withdrawal, by transfer procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or through Bank Transfer. In this last case, the customer will be responsible for promptly communicating the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (ABI-CAB code – Current account of the invoice holder).

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Azienda Agricola Paltrinieri Ing. Guido will return to the sender the item purchased, with charge of the shipping costs.
