Acetaia Paltrinieri periodically organises visits to the Vinegar farmhouse for individuals or groups, an all-round experience in the world of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. You will take a closer look to our method of production, maturing and ageing of what can be considered the most precious condiment.

Tours can include the “Acetaia Paltrinieri Shop”, to buy the Traditional PDO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, the PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, condiments, glazes and other products directly from the producer.

Or a dinner, in the adjacent holiday farm, at a fixed price menu.
